FO2.app is a secure file transfer service for sending files, folders, and portable data sets between people, teams, and automated workflows. This Privacy Policy applies to the FO2.app website, dashboard, recipient download pages, and related APIs.

1. Information we collect

• Account information, such as your email address and authentication events.
• Transfer information, such as recipient email addresses, file names, file sizes, transfer notes, link activity, and related audit events.
• Uploaded content that you choose to store or deliver through FO2.app.
• Billing information and subscription status handled through Stripe.
• Agent payment and usage-credit records for Base USDC top-ups when agent payment features are enabled.
• Technical and security information, such as IP addresses, browser details, device information, request logs, and fraud-prevention signals.

2. How we use information

• Provide, secure, maintain, and improve FO2.app.
• Authenticate users and deliver magic-link sign-in emails.
• Store, transmit, and make files available to intended recipients.
• Process subscription billing, usage credits, receipts, refunds, and related support requests.
• Detect abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect the service and its users.
• Communicate operational, transactional, and support-related notices.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate FO2.app, including hosting, database/storage, email delivery, and payment-processing vendors. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our agreements, detect fraud or abuse, or protect rights, safety, and property.

4. Payments and blockchain activity

Subscription payments for human users are processed by Stripe. Agent usage-credit top-ups, when enabled, use Base USDC payment instructions. Blockchain transactions are public by nature, and FO2.app may store transaction hashes, wallet addresses, quoted amounts, and verification records needed to confirm and apply credits.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Transfer files and links may expire automatically based on product settings, but related logs, billing records, and audit records may be retained longer.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request account assistance, correction, deletion inquiries, or other privacy-related support. We may need to verify your identity and may retain certain information where required for security, legal compliance, payment reconciliation, or legitimate business purposes.

8. Children

FO2.app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
